Pheromone Impregnated Glue Traps for Ultraviolet

Capture pads (glue traps) used in professional ultraviolet fly traps need to be replaced on a regular basis and must be replaced once the trap becomes full of flies.
Each ultraviolet trap requires a specific trap in order for it to work properly.  Using an improper capture pad can result in damage to the trap and poor fly trapping qualities.  Homemade traps (made from rat glue boards) do not work in professional lighted traps.  Ultraviolet traps are mainly used in commercial kitchens where fruit fly and house fly activity is seen.  The heat in these areas will cause a standard rodent glue trap to break down, with the melting glue creating a mess in your trap.
Standard rodent glue boards are not impregnated with pheromones, as are the professional traps.

There are several models of traps that combine the power of ultraviolet with fly pheromones.  Each trap uses a different size and different shaped replacement pad.
