Insecticides

In many states (NY, NJ, etc.) there are specific laws pertaining to what products are allowed for sale and use by consumers.  There are also companies which do not register all of their products in all 50 states.  For this reason, check on products you desire to see if they are available in your area.  As stated in our disclaimer, it is each individual's responsibility to make sure that it is legal in their city, state, county or municipality to purchase, store and use listed products.
In many cases where insecticide concentrates, herbicides or insecticide dusts cannot be shipped to a certain area, there is often an alternative pest control product for selective pests.  Bait gels, bait stations, electronic and pheromone traps are among the items that can usually be shipped to most locales.  Sprays are not always the only pest management option.
We get many e-mails from people who want to purchase items, although we have them listed as not available.  When an item is not registered for sale in a particular state, no one can legally sell that item in that state.
