Opossum Trap
The
correct size trap for capturing opossums
(possum) is 11x12x30 inches long. This Safeguard Humane Live Trap has the
size and trap door trigger sensitivity preferred for trapping
opossum.
Canned cat food, dog food, chicken are some of the best
foods to use as opossum bait in trap. For more information

Use this trap for catching cats, skunks, opossums and small
to medium-sized dogs or other animals of similar size. For larger
animals, use a raccoon trap. There is also a trap cover available for
the raccoon size trap. If you have nuisance
opossums you can use a
raccoon trap only if you are dealing with larger, adult opossum. If the
trap is too large for your targeted pest, the large trigger might not be
depressed enough to shut the door and capture young opossum or smaller animals.
