Permethrin (the active ingredient in Maxide Garden & Pet Dust) is a synthetic pyrethroid or man-made pyrethrin.
Targeted Pests:   fleas, ticks, Leafminers, armyworms, Colorado Potato Beetles, Cabbage Loopers Apple Aphids, Japanese Beetles and other listed insects.

This insecticide dust can be used on dogs, cats, puppies & kittens (under 12 weeks of age) and their pet bedding.  Can also be used on a wide range of vegetable, fruit and ornamental plants.
